She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Cazier and Reta Richman Nelson; her parents-in-law, Robert and Lola Smith; and her siblings-in-law, Mauveen Nelson, Junola Bush, Charles Bush and Benjamin Blake.
She is survived by: her husband Lynn Robert Smith; her stepsons, Darrell Smith (Tanya) of Sandy, UT, Daniel Smith (Mary Sue) of Woods Cross, UT and David Smith (Elizabeth) of Spanish Fork, UT; her daughter Carissa Smith (Devin) of Lehi, UT; her grandchildren, Elayna, Aubrey, Connor, Kadence, Tayah, Garrett, Gavin, Sierra, Cambria, Ian, Everett, Zoie and Xander; and her siblings, Michael Nelson (Phyllis) and Diane Nelson Mantlo (Richard). She is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many close friends.
