He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Henry Fenn and Adeline Josephine Packer; his wife Billie; and his siblings, Viola, Mona, Clarence and Bernard.
He is survived by: his children, Vickie (Bill), Jodi (Todd), Lucy, Mark (Angie), Greg (Wendy) and Reed (Becky); and his siblings, Les, Leo, Bruce, Frank, Betty, Barbara, Beverly and Warren. He is also survived by six children, and all the grandchildren and great grandchildren.
