He is survived by: his wife Samia; his sisters, Deon Scott and Patsy Jackson; his children, Denice Ney-Lugo (Arturo Lugo) and Wayne Riley Ney (Heather); and his grandchildren, Job Soto (Brooke), Anthony Lugo and Mylenna Lugo. He is also survived by 4 Great Grandchildren.
