He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd Charles and Delphia Marr Davis (Ellis); his brothers, Duane, Leland and Roger; and his children, Andrew Spencer Davis and Anne Davis.

He is survived by: his wife Marie Rohbock; and his children, Elisabeth Porter (Liz), Thomas Vance Davis (Sherrie) and Cherisse Marie Davis. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren.
