He is survived by: his sons, Garth Smith (Marci) of Orem, UT and Kelly Smith (Mary Anne) of Orem, UT; his sister Vada Brimley of Morgan, UT; and his grandchildren, Tyler Smith (Emily), Hilary Frazier (Dennen), Megan Brandley (Joshua), Rachel Smith (Jedidiah), Tyson Smith (Elizabeth) and Kendall Smith. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
