He was predeceased by: his parents, Newell Haws Baum and Margaret Elison. He is survived by: his wife Linda Rowley of Orem; and his children, Melinda Cottrell (Gene) of Stansbury Park, Utah, Michelle Williams (Mark) of Tooele, Utah, Melissa Simmons (Donald) of Erda, Utah, Stephen Elison (Janet) of Huntsville, Alabama and AmiLynn VanTassell (Brandon) of Erda, Utah.. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
