He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Reed and Elma Fitt Hall. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Hall (Temple); his sister RoxieAnn Rouleau (Bill); his parents-in-law, Martha Campbell (Jim), John Thacker (Stacey), Nancy Noble (Darrell) and Liz Frederick (Tim); and his children, Cherri Miller (Lynn), Charles Hall (Diane), Patti Ward (Evan), Robert Hall (Sandy), Douglas Hall (Kristy), Cathrene Thompson, Benjamin Hall (Renee), Angeline Eva (Klay) and AmiAnne Means (Daniel). He is also survived by 38 grandchildren, and 55 great-grandchildren.

Due to state COVID-19 guidelines, a viewing for friends and family unable to attend funeral services will be held Monday, October 12, 2020 from 6:00-8:00 pm at Sundberg Olpin Mortuary at 495 South State Street, Orem, Utah 84058.

In lieu of flowers, Dave requested loved ones to take their families out for a special treat.
