It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Andrew Ottesen of Orem, Utah, born in Stockton, California, who passed away on October 15, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ronald Ottesen and Itala Ottesen (DeStefani); his former spouse Mija Ruble; his wife Holly Muir; his children, Catrina Hodgkinson (Dave), Aliisa Ottesen, Arik Ottesen, Joshua Ottesen (Brooke), Taylor Ottesen (Christian) and Nathan Ottesen; his grandchildren, Riley, Safire, Starr, Darik, Gavin, Will, Kit, Cal and Gage; and his great grandchildren, River and Ruka.
