He is survived by: his wife Linda Catlin; his children, Nathan (Jill) of Pleasant Grove, UT, Kirsti (Kristy) of Springfield, MO, Matthew (Emily) of Olathe, KS, Justin (Jenny) of Ozark, MO and Ashlee (Jon) of Lincoln, NE; and his siblings, Marilyn Miller, Jessie Farr (Gordon), Bonnie Caldwell (Lee), Lee (Gail) of Stark City, MO, Robert of Cedar Hills, UT and Donovan (Jeri) of Manila, UT.. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren.
