She is survived by: her husband Robin Payne; her parents, Jay Cranmer and Colleen Cranmer of Orem, UT; her children, Jaylynn of Orem, Ryan (Bryanna) of Centerton, AR and Anna (Vinny) of Saratoga Springs, UT; her siblings, Julie of Victorville, CA. and Kenneth (Julie) of Spanish Fork, UT; and her grandsons, Tyson Halasz and Lucian Jaramillo.
Cindy was committed to the Red Cross mission of obtaining blood donations.
