Colleen Mitchell Bement Obituary
We bid farewell to Colleen Mitchell Bement of Orem, Utah, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 8, 2025 at the age of 89. Colleen Mitchell touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Welton Collins Mitchell (Mitch) and Belle Clark; her husband J. C. Bement; her daughter Julie Garcia; her brothers, Robert and David; her daughter-in-law Teresa Bement; and her grandson Joseph.
She is survived by: her son Michael James Bement (Debra); her brother Glen Clark Mitchell (Pamela); and her sisters-in-law, Norma (Robert Mitchell) and Carol (David Mitchell). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren, and numerous nephews and nieces.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Eastlawn Memorial (4800 N 650 E St, Provo, UT 84604).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Colleen's name to LDS Humanitarian Services.
