With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clyde Frank Worthen (Orem, Utah), born in Logan, Utah, who passed away on March 11, 2020 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son Andrew; and his brother-in-law Jim Atwood. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Nielson; his children, Nicole Paulson (David), Michelle Colovich (Jed), Camille Quinton (Kelly), Chad Worthen (Darbie) and Erin Worthen; and his siblings, Marsha Atwood, Karen Spear (Mark) and Kevin Worthen (Peggy). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Clyde's name to the New Mexico Kidney Foundation, PO Box 92373, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87199.
