He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Wilmer and Bessie Lee Rasnake Hubbard; his wife Bonnie Jean Hughes; and his siblings, Carrie, Doris, Edith and Jiles.

He is survived by: his daughters, Terri Shepard (John) of Aurora, Ill and Kelli Ford (David) of Highland, Utah. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
