We are sad to announce that on January 15, 2021, Clare Oliphant of Orem, Utah, born in Payson, Utah passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha Gertrude Hiatt and Clare Howe Oliphant; his wife Doris Raphiel; and his son LeRoy Raphiel Oliphant. He is survived by: his children, Martha (Bruce Arnell) and David (Yvonne Oliphant). He is also survived by 2 sisters, 1 brother, 1 sister-in-law; many nieces and nephews; 4 step-siblings and spouses.
