He is survived by: his children, Richard C Pay of Lehi, Utah, Pauleen Tucker-Tippetts of Orem, Utah and Daralyn Anderson of American Fork, Utah; and his brother Lawerence Pay. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
