He is survived by: his wife Sally Elaine Jacob of Provo, Utah.; his children, Olivia, Calleigh and Nicholas; his stepfather Kevin Porter; and his siblings, Rebekka Wilkinson, Nathaniel Wilkinson (Demi), Elisabeth Taylor (Mark), Clinton Wilkinson and Katharine Christensen (Ryan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
