It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chris Junior Barbakos of Orem, Utah, born in Vineyard, Utah, who passed away on September 26, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Chris Junior's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Chris Junior has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Chris Barbakos and Minnie Barbakos; his wife Colleen; his sister Donna Points (Howard); and his son-in-law Weldon Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Craig Barbakos (Cindy), Linda Williams and Brent Barbakos (Susan). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Walker Sanderson Funeral Home (646 E 800 N, Orem, UT 84097). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Orem City Cemetery (1520 N 800 E, Orem, UT 84097).
