He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alfonzo Boice and Florence Kate Otteman; his former wife Katherine Sandlin; his wife Linda Boice; and his sister Phyllis Burk. He was also cherished by his eight children and eight step-children, 52 grandchildren and 32 great grandchildren.
