It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Nelson (Orem, Utah), who passed away on January 2, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleo Scofield and Rex Scofield; her aunt Louise; and her siblings, Nancy Tonkin of Oregon City and Larry Scofield of Falls City, Oregon..
She is survived by: her uncle Cecil Schaefer; her husband Vernon J Nelson of Orem; her sons, Vance (Naheeda) of Carrollton, Clint (Sandi) of Saratoga Springs, Jerry of Orem and Chad (Sheri) of Lindon; her grandchildren, Tristen, Tatiana, Nathan, Parker, Whitney, Garrett, Emma, Kylah and Oakley; and her siblings, Vickie Platt of Oregon City, Dr. Melvin Scofield of Mesquite and Ric Scofield of Troutdale, Oregon.. She is also survived by brother as well as two half brothers and found numerous half siblings.
