Ellsworth (Orem, Utah), born in Safford, Arizona, who passed away on March 26, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Leslie Ellsworth and Trella Scarlett; her sisters, Mary Alice Smith (Ellsworth) and Diane Gourdin; and her brothers-in-law, George N. Smith, Melvin E. Gourdin and Kenneth N. Nicoll.

She is survived by: her sister Jean Nicoll. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
