He was predeceased by: his parents, James Maxie Parker and Gwendolyn Donnita Reeves; and his brother Ronald Eutsay. He is survived by: his siblings, Donnita Eutsay, Richard Eutsay, Jemel Harrigan, Anthony Parker and Maxie Parker; his cousin Danielle Norman; and his sons, Quincy James Parker Corliss (Joe), Tsion Parker, Jahai Parker and Isaiah Parker. He is also survived by 4 nieces, 6 nephews, 3 great nephews and 1 great niece.
