He is survived by: his wife Jill Eastmond Higley; and his children, Alan Higley (Connie), Kevin Higley (Marianne), Todd Higley (Sara), Lisalyn Larsen (Dana), Janalyn Tungate (Budge) and Kristopher Higley (Melissa). He is also survived by his 26 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and many beloved nieces and nephews.
