He is survived by: his uncle Jack; his brother Roger; and his children, Kyle Carter, Elaine Johnson (Dan), Karl Carter (Sunny), Rodney Carter, Robert Carter and Andy Carter (Jill). He is also survived by ten grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
