He was predeceased by: his parents, George Dee Woolsey and Mildred Vera Colledge Woolsey. He is survived by: his wife DeAnna Curtis; his children, Jason (Muranda), Heather (Jason), Ryan (Sonja) and Matt (Alisha); and his siblings, David, Duane, Randall and Barbara. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren; one great grandchild.
