He is survived by: his children, Blaine (Mary Ann) of Springville, Dale (Laurie) of Idaho Falls, Forrest (Shellee) of Craig, Kaye (Lydell) of Cleveland, Ted (Kelly) of Orangeville, Garth (Gayla) of Orangeville and Lanean (Bob) of Littleton; his siblings, Elda Hinkins and Mack Luke (Eunice); his siblings-in-law, Ilene Luke, Richard Peterson (Dixie), Erma Peterson and Ronald Peterson (Kathy); and his spouse Charlane Peterson. He is also survived by 35 grandchildren, 108 great-grandchildren, 8 great-great-grandchildren.
