She was predeceased by: her parents, Fern Wilcox and Delbert Wilcox; her sons, Jay and Dale; her spouse Von J. Frandsen; her mother-in-law Jenny Cox (Donald); her siblings, Barbara Graff (Bill), Carma Wilcox and Jerry Wilcox (ReNee); and her great grandchild Kathryn Jeffs.
She is survived by: her daughter Lori Hardee (Tom); her daughter-in-law Lorraine Frandsen; her grandchildren, Melissa Gordon, Jenna Madsen (Daniel), Jeff Gordon (Cassie), Deborah (Jason Worley), Rebekah Cook (Todd), Patricia Byars (James), Jake Frandsen (Amanda) and Felicia Jeffs (Myron); her brother-in-law Steven Cox (Rhonda); and her friend Elda Hinkins. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild.
There will be no viewing due to Covid.
