He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph Louis Via and Margaret Ann Stoffers Via; and his children, Abe, John and Kathy.
He is survived by: his wife Christine Abeyta-Via; and his children, Amanda Jeppson (Jordan), Jennifer Davis, Becky Dearden (Jeremy), Billy Jr., Annie and Lori. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
