He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Nelson Shurtleff and Leda June Dunn. He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his children, Jordan Shurtleff (Randee), Lacie Swenson (Trevor) and Dawson Shurtleff (Rylee); and his siblings, Richard Shurtleff, Carolynn Phelps, Jean Bowen, Darla Weston, Celestia Shurtleff and Chuck Shurtleff. He is also survived by eight beautiful grandchildren.
