He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lewis and Delores Denver Bone; his brothers, Bill and Doug Bone; and his son-in-law Lance Holden.

He is survived by: his wife Janet Rohmer; his children, Lisa Greenwell, Jason Bone and Jill Holden; his grandchildren, Tyler, Trevor, Shelby, Sadie, Shaylee, Morgan and Tallon; and his brothers, Kenny and Fred. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
