She is survived by: her husband Josh Chavez; her children, Axel, Tayzin, Hayzel and Kimbree; and her stepdaughters, Chloe and Taylor. She is also survived by her family, friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Lindquist's Ogden Mortuary (3408 Washington Blvd, Ogden, UT 84401). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
