The memory of Scott Richards (Ogden, Utah), who passed away on December 23, 2024 at the age of 66, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. As we bid Scott farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Scott is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Lou Moffat and Carl Eugene Richards. He is survived by: his wife Lori; his children, Kamie Vaux (Forrest) and KC Richards; his stepsons, Travis Bennett (Kim) and Justin Bennett (Lisa); and his siblings, Kevin Wallin and Tana Dominguez Pontarelli. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 2½ great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Leavitt's Mortuary & Aultorest Memorial Park (836 36th St, Ogden, UT 84403).
Scott was a generous man and donated to every charity that sent something in the mail. In lieu of flowers, please donate to your favorite charity in his honor.
