She was predeceased by: her husband John. She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Maxwell (George); her grandsons, Sean Maxwell and Cameron Maxwell (Annie); her daughter Mary Nailen; her grandson Tony Nailen; her son Daniel Nailen (Heather Crandall); and her granddaughter Merle Creed.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests a charitable donation to Youth Futures Utah, an organization that provides emergency shelter and services for teenagers in crisis.
