He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Samuel LeRoy Beasley (Margret Isa Lester) and Dee; his sister Joan Dykes; his wife Julie Marie Beasley; his close friend Dick Slater; his grandson Lt. Thomas Jacob Beasley; his sons, Samuel Richard Beasley and Thomas Lawrence Beasley; his daughters-in-law, Melanie and Jennifer; his grandchildren, Jacob, Elijah and Jasmyn Beasley; his great grandchild Roman; his son David Beasley; and also Ida McFarland.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Red Cross dedicated to service across the globe.
