He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Smith and Margaret Smith; his spouse Janae Moorhead; and his brother Cal. He is survived by: his children, Leisa Sandoz (Doug) of O'Fallon, MO, David Smith (Michelle), Perry, Craig Smith, Kristy Putnam (Dan) and Layton. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
