He is survived by: his wife Linda Van Vliet (Schmidt); his daughters, Mieke Cordell (Van Vliet), Sally (Van Vliet), Mullen (Eric Mullen), Beth (Van Vliet) and Demshar (Mark Demshar); his grandchildren, Leentje (Mullen), Klingensmith (Luke Klingensmith), Cole Mullen, Kennedy Cordell, Paige Van Vliet, Sebastian Demshar and Wilhelmina Klingensmith; and his brothers, Gary Van Vliet and Rick Van Vliet.
