He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dee Odell Leak, Albert "Smitty" Smith and Veda Mae Smith. He is survived by: his parents, Kelly Lynn Smith (Linsey) of North Ogden, UT and Debborah Ann Leak Smith (Kevin) of North Ogden, UT; his daughters, Sayler Skye Smith and Gracie Starr Smith of Plain City, UT; his siblings, Travis Smith (Jean) of Lincolnton, NC, Quinten Smith of North Ogden, UT, Brodie Smith of St. George, UT, Josh Higgins (Ayla) of Draper, UT, Mikki Lynn Pursel (Kevin) of Ivins, UT, Lindsey Ann Huston (Jeb) of North Ogden, UT and Megan Higgins Jeppsen (Stetson) of Ogden, UT; and his grandmother Glenna Leak of North Ogden, UT. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Ben Lomond Stake Center (3550 N 650 E, North Ogden, UT 84414).
