He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin William Nelson and Rosa Marie John Nelson; his brother Raulon Nelson (Smiley); and his grandson Jusin Neal Nelson. He is survived by: his wife Edwina "Jo" Berryman Nelson; and his brother Gary W. Nelson (Kathy). He is also survived by four sons and two daughters.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the George E. Wahlen Ogden Veterans Home (1102 1200 W St, Ogden, UT 84404).
