He is survived by: his wife Debra; his children, Ryan (Shaila), Tyler (Britanie), Jeannette Wallace (Dan) and Adrienne Duarte (Lehi); and his siblings, Brice Williams, Scott Johansen, Craig Johansen, Nathan Johansen, Natalie Woodroff and Margaret Oveson. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
