He is survived by: his wife Deanne; his children, Mike Carter, Lori Carter of Colorado Springs, Michelle Escobedo, Ruben Escobedo of Clinton Utah, Craig Carter and Darin Roskelley of Ogden Utah; and his sisters, Kaye Fischel, Dick Fischel of Georges Mills, Sue Peterson of Brigham Utah, Terri Tervort and Bill Tervort of Liberty Missouri.
