He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his children, Kris Rhodes, Bonnie Rhead (Steve), Layne Eddy (Barbara), Laurie Shupe (Thorpe), Susan Barto (Brad), Michele Young, Georgia Knight (Scott) and Julie Gochis (Jim); and his siblings, Ann Jensen and Mark Eddy. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
