With heavy hearts, we announce the death of MarAnne Gay Olsen Green (Ogden, Utah), who passed away on May 28, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her godmothers, Grace "Aunt Gay" Van Etten and Anne "Aunt Anne" Amodeo; her friends, Leona Bertagnolli Stacey and Robin Tucker; her grandchildren, Kaden Jacob Creager and Bryce Mitchell Green; and her pet Shiloh.
She is survived by: her husband Neal A. "Walking Encyclopedia" Green; her children, Michael Aaron Green, Joelle Creager, Bryan Green and Brandon Green; her brothers, Kevin and Kelly Olsen; and her grandchildren, Coulter Creager, Brandi Van Orden Bowler, Breann Van Orden Coggins, Kyler Creager, Dallin Green and Valerie Green. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
After overcoming cancer, she began a long struggle with Alzheimer's, but continued to travel until the pandemic curtailed her adventures in 2020.
