It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Blake (Ogden, Utah), who passed away on September 4, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Forest Odell Blake and Irene Levanger Blake; and his brother William Byron Blake (Bill). He is survived by: his sisters, Norma Jean Blake Wells, Muriel Blake Mauldin (Orval Mauldin), Kay Lynn Blake Wakefield (Garth Wakefield) and Anna Marie Blake Griffin.
