He was predeceased by: his parents, Hershel Durham and Ruby Durham; his sister Linda Atherton (Gene); his children, Blaine and Erin; his former wife Janet; and his nephews, Terry Warner, Brent Haase and Greg Haase.
He is survived by: his wife Terri Durham; and his children, Danae White (Danny), Mark Durham, Teresa Frase, Hershel Durham (Christina), Victoria Heckelmann (Keith) and Jenny K Erickson (James). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
