He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Penny; his children, Tiffany Mellas (David), Erik Chipp, Ashley Callister (Kevin), Jessica Mulford (Mark) and Kayla Harper; his grandchildren, Trapper (Ainsley), Brysen, Teagan, Parker, Wesley, Grayson, Katie, Easton, Cooper and Navy; his siblings, Pam Mallard (Larry), Christine Swasey (Rodney) and James Chipp (Kathy); and his parents, Charles Chipp and Rita Chipp.
