He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bailey Cohn and Nancy Rice. He is survived by: his father-in-law William Hawes; his wife Valoy Hawes; and his children, Michael (Carrie), Jerry (Muncha), Kelly (Lori), Dianne and Lori (Billy). He is also survived by Many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Leavitt's Mortuary & Aultorest Memorial Park (836 36th St, Ogden, UT 84403). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
