He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Weldon (Shorty); and his brothers, Bill Willingham, Bob Brown and Floyd Brown Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Jeannette Wilson of Black Pine, Idaho, Frank Douglas Brown of Oxford, Kansas, Jack Willingham of Tacoma, Washington and Tambrea Bodine of Brentwood, Arkansas.; and his children, Pepper, Pepe, Paul, Roy and Cecil.
