He is survived by: his wife Laurie Jeannette McAllister; his sons, Christopher (Holly) of Sweet Home, Oregon, J. Todd (Stephanie) of Ogden, Utah and Nicholas Miller (Angela) of Hurricane, Utah.; his grandchildren, Larue, Wendy, Alexander and Zayla; and his sisters, Carrie Beler, Shirlene Easling (David) and Crystal Crain (Rick).
