He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Hester and Ruby Hester (Wilma Hester); his nephews, Jeffrey Washington and Lance Clary; and also Holbert Reeves.
He is survived by: his wife Beverley Hester; and his daughters, Aleisha Palao of Ogden, Utah. and LaRhonda Moreland of Ogden, Utah.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
