He was predeceased by: his sister Desiree Daisy; and his pet Nina. He is survived by: his mother Maxine McNeeley; his wife Shelley; his father Tom [Henri]; and his sisters, Tammy (Mike), Halley, Kelsey (Ryan), Monica, Francie, Grizz, Skyler, Julia (Travis) and Jasmine.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Leavitt's Mortuary & Aultorest Memorial Park (836 36th St, Ogden, UT 84403).
