He is survived by: his son Ashtyn Asson; his father Andrew Asson (Tracy); his brother Chase Asson (Katy); his uncles, Brad Asson (Michelle), Mike McMillen (Melanie) and Byl McMillen (Megan Hadley); and his aunt Melanie Thomas (Casey).
